our day

As a central London, Balham Nursery, we ensure every day is different and tailored towards the children's individual needs, utilising outdoor space and the world around us as much as possible. Below is an example of a loose timetable of our daily routine:

Breakfast and Free Play

Children start their day with a healthy, balanced breakfast to fuel their minds and bodies. After breakfast, little ones are encouraged to explore a variety of free play activities, helping them ease into the day at their own pace.

Welcome Circle Time

The day officially begins with Circle Time, where children and staff come together to greet each other, sing songs, share stories, and talk about the day ahead. This helps build confidence, social skills, and a sense of belonging.
